Platform overview

Nambikk is an execution layer for agentic conversations. Models interpret and communicate; the platform controls capability state, validations, transitions, actions, structured interactions, human handoff, and audit history.

Main surfaces​

  • Studio configures agents, capabilities, resources, and runtime behavior.
  • Console supports human queues, takeover, replies, resolution, and handback.
  • Settings manages the selected workspace according to the user's role.
  • Widget and Portal provide end-user conversation experiences.
  • Runtime SDK lets applications build their own conversation interface.

Core concepts​

  • An agent defines the conversational identity and available capabilities.
  • A capability defines how a supported goal is executed.
  • Resources provide validated data, actions, integrations, and knowledge.
  • A conversation persists transcript, context, execution state, cards, artifacts, and human participation.

Nambikk Core is domain agnostic. Business-specific state remains in the customer or vertical system and is accessed through configured actions and knowledge.
