Workspace access

Nambikk is invitation-only. A workspace administrator invites the user's exact work email and assigns a product role. The recipient accepts the invitation and authenticates through Google or the identity provider linked to that organization.

Passwords and public self-registration are not supported for Nambikk users. Seeing an SSO provider on the login page does not grant access to an uninvited account.

Users who belong to several workspaces authenticate once and then select a workspace in the application. Access is limited to organization memberships verified by the identity provider and backend.

Customer-specific Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, OIDC, and SAML providers can be linked to an organization. Contact the Nambikk operator to configure enterprise SSO.
