An Agent is the persona your customers talk to. It combines voice, guardrails, and access to capabilities.

What An Agent Includes

  • Identity: name, description, and slug
  • Persona: who the agent is (short label)
  • Tone instructions: style and voice guidance
  • Compliance instructions: safety or policy requirements
  • Knowledge collections: global knowledge available to all capabilities

How Agents Work
